The Bahamas Maritime Authority (BMA) exists to register vessels, enforce ship safety requirements and monitor and improve standards. It also represents the Caribbean country at the International Maritime Organisation (IMO) and other international bodies, such as the European Commission and the US Coast Guard.
To support its 25th anniversary, the Bahamas Maritime Authority wanted to refresh its look and feel and develop a new website that would dramatically improve the user experience and create new opportunities to engage with its audience.
After a competitive pitch process, The MTM Agency was selected to deliver all the digital requirements. Included in the brief was a need to simplify both the front-end and back-end experience, introduce new CRM integrations (Salesforce and Pardot) and increase the site’s ability to support BMA’s marketing, retargeting and engagement requirements.
