A new client to come onboard is industry finance specialist, Promarine Finance.
We are working together on an integrated digital and PR programme that includes the development of a new look and feel, and an improved user experience across the business’ digital assets.
Promarine satisfies a key market segment, providing an easy way to access cost-effective loans for recreational vessels up to around 80 feet. Despite the pandemic, Promarine has witnessed a 29% year-on-year increase in finance deals from April to the end of August 2020. And, as a result, was looking for an integrated agency to work with the business’ management team on a focused public relations programme and new digital presence as it reaches its 10-year anniversary.
One notable aim for the programme is to leverage the opportunities provided by Promarine’s new CRM (Salesforce) and to support personalisation and remarketing tools via Pardot. Visually, we want to reposition Promarine against its competitors, providing an improved user experience across all its digital touchpoints. As the most visited area of the site, there is also a particular focus on encouraging users to complete the ‘get a quote’ functionality and to provide their details, enabling automated communications via email.
