We’re looking for a Creative Director to set the creative vision of the agency, elevate the quality of our work, and inspire our teams to push boundaries. You’ll be an experienced creative leader who knows how to unlock great brand and campaign ideas, guide talented teams, and deliver work that connects powerfully with diverse audiences.

The opportunity

As Creative Director, you will:

  • Lead and review the creative work across web, print, film, and digital channels
  • Shape and drive creative strategy on projects big and small, blending brand, design, storytelling, and technology
  • Turn client objectives into compelling campaigns and activations that deliver real impact
  • Facilitate ideation sessions and foster an environment where brilliant ideas thrive
  • Produce innovative, insight-driven concepts that bring complex ideas to life in engaging ways
  • Guide a multi-disciplinary team of designers, copywriters, filmmakers, social media experts, and strategists
  • Balance priorities and resources, ensuring projects run smoothly and deliverables land on time and on budget
  • Present creative work with authority and clarity to clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on plans, measure effectiveness, and uncover new opportunities
  • Keep a close eye on market trends, audience behaviours, and the competitive landscape

About you

Ideally, you will bring:

  • 10+ years of creative agency experience, with a proven track record of shaping campaigns from concept through to delivery
  • Expertise in integrated campaigns across digital, social, film, print, and paid media
  • A strong creative vision combined with sharp commercial awareness
  • Proven success leading diverse creative teams and motivating them to excel
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • Deep knowledge of creative and marketing principles, underpinned by operational know-how
  • A collaborative approach with a willingness to share ideas, solve problems, and champion innovation
