We are looking for a talented account manager/campaign planner; with the experience to bring a strategically-driven and highly creative approach to integrated campaign planning and management.

The Opportunity
Calling on your experience to plan and deliver exciting integrated creative campaigns and brand strategy projects, bring together a wide range of channels and formats, activation, social, content, tactical and cultural.
You will be owning the day to day client relationships with the support of the wider agency service teams for support and delivery.
You will be overseeing campaigns to make sure they are delivering against agreed client objectives and on budget and across work streams and also delivering against set agency growth and margin criteria.
This role would suit someone with creative flair, with the capability to bring big ideas to creative conversations then understand the difference between idea and execution to develop engagement strategies to reach the client audiences.
You will be required to bring together ideas and creative thinking with our agency CDs then compile agreed creative with delivery strategies into proposals to build the most compelling presentations to present in your meetings with clients.
You will need to be highly organised, and collaborating with the agency teams to deliver multiple projects at once. All our agency teams operate within an agile delivery environment supporting each other to give our clients the very best.
You must have strong project management skills and experience liaising with senior stakeholders, to provide constructive challenge and gate-keep complex decision making. Highly personable, able to work effectively with a variety of different people.

Required experience
- Campaign, brand development and account management experience
- 3 years + experience in a similar ad agency role
