Making Noise for CJR Propulsion to Support Generation of Sales Leads

CJR is one of the UK’s most respected marine manufacturers, supplying precision-engineered propeller and stern gear packages to a host of leading commercial, leisure and superyacht brands.

CJR was launching its consultancy services for the first time. It needed to update its website to showcase its advanced technical offering better. It also wanted a website that was easy to update and maintain. In short, it wanted to gain more sales leads. A 360° marketing and communication overhaul was due.

The main driver behind this project was generating awareness for its new consultancy services and creating new sales leads on a global scale.

The MTM team started with extensive live user testing to ensure the new site would deliver on its objectives and needs. Our team poured over user journeys, which turned out to be very different on mobile vs. desktop. Mobile users for instance needed quick access to contact details.

All those insights were taken into account in the final design with post-launch analytics showing great results. But we didn’t just make a splash with CJR’s new online presence.

Our PR team devised a detailed key marine events and publications plan and our creatives designed marketing collateral that connected the dots for users online and offline user journeys delivering an exciting brand experience for customers. Whether that’s online, on sea or on land.
